Job Description

Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Lead Systems Engineer/Analyst to support Tactical Missile Systems modeling and simulation (M&S) integration and analysis efforts.

The position consists of managing project schedules and resources, executing M&S integration, developing models and analysis tools, algorithm testing and analysis, and pre- and post-flight test support.

Experience with IR and/or RF phenomenology, target signatures, M&S integration, and knowledge of verification and validation (V&V) processes is preferred.

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 10+ years of experience
  • Experience with MATLAB, C++, Python, or other programming languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, management, and peers
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary team of government, contractor, and subcontractor members
  • Experience developing and presenting briefingsand written reports to senior military and government civilian personnel


Preferred Experience:



  • Modeling,simulating, and analyzingIR and/or RF phenomenology
  • Strong understanding of software integration, modeling and simulation, data analysis, and V&V processes
  • Advanced leadership/management-related training
