Get to know Okta We are in search of a hands-on leader to join our high performing AR, Credit and Collections team. The ideal candidate is a leader that is a detailed-oriented, self-motivated team player, with a solid working knowledge of billing, cash applications, credit rules and policy, collections, and internal controls, as well as experience with the related operational accounting execution. This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of effective and streamlined collections policies, creating a more efficient month-end close process, SOX and operational audit process, evolving reporting and metrics, as well as identifying and driving project-based work to enable scale for the business. Additionally, this individual must thrive on process improvement and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
