Job SummaryReporting to the General Counsel, the Counsel role provides legal advice to the Company's business teams on a wide variety of legal matters, including negotiating agreements with group employer clients, agreements with supplier and vendors, evaluating legal issues related to new business opportunities and advising on issues such as employment and benefits, including policies, and potential disputes and litigation. Areas of responsibility will include advising business clients and stakeholders on legal and risk issues involving the individual retail insurance market, including federal and laws and regulations governing the administration of benefits in that market.Job Responsibilities
