Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
  • Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
  • Maintain records, general ledger accounts and assist month - end and year -end close process.
  • Perform, review and analyze a broad range of complex accounting activities in order to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
  • Understanding Cost Accounting
  • Conduct regular ledger maintenance
  • Analyze expenses to evaluate cost opportunities
  • Evaluate current work flow to recommend changes to increase accuracy and efficiencies
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Assist with External Financial Audit and follow up audit recommendations
  • Establish and maintain records to document transactions
  • Identify efficiencies and improvements in current accounting practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the stated position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Certified Public Accountants (CPA) strongly preferred
  • Ideally +5 years of relevant work experience in accounting firms - audit firm.
  • Experience on managing Financial Audits
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance.
  • Cost Accounting experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
