The Jefferson College of Nursing at Thomas Jefferson University is accepting applications for full-time employed faculty for the College of Nursing Graduate Program. Interested applicants must possess visionary, creative leadership skills to provide implementation of nursing curriculum within the graduate program.The primary role of this position is to ensure academic integrity in areas of planning, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum and learning experiences of students in classroom, laboratory/simulation, and clinical settings. As a faculty member, the applicant must have enthusiasm for teaching future advanced practice nurses in the classroom, clinical skills and online environment. Faculty members serve as advisors and mentor for students and participate in college meetings and committees.Current practice, scholarship and service to the community are desired. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential. The position participates in advising students, curriculum development, program evaluation, teaching in the classroom, evaluation of student achievement in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the College and University.
