Job Summary The Associate Director for Student Success and Support is a vital member of the student support team for the students on the East Falls campus. The Associate Director provides front-line, non-clinical case coordination, and support for students identified by the Academic Success Center and/or Dean of Students navigating a range of academic, personal, family, and other challenging situations impeding their academic success. The Associate Director works directly with the Academic Success Center and Dean of Students as well as collaborates with campus partners (e.g., offices including, but not limited to, Athletics, Residential Life, Public Safety, Student Counseling Center (SCS), Student Health Services (SHS), Accessibility Services, and Registrar) to help implement resources and support for students on the East Falls campus. This includes connecting students to existing resources and providing 1:1 support and guidance to students who are experiencing academic or personal challenges that impact their learning and academic success. Additionally, this person will work with Academic Success Center, Program Directors, and Division of Student Life on the development and implementation of the summer Bridge program.
