Under the general direction of the HVAC lead installs, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains HVAC equipment and systems. Experience: 5+ yearsrsquo; experience in industrial/institutional HVAC maintenance work required. Building automation controls, pneumatics and Hospital experience desired. Education amp; Training: High school or vocational school graduate. Trades apprenticeship completion desired. Controls training a plus. Other Requirements: Sense of responsibility, subject to alternating shift work. On-Call Ability to perform a variety of activities according to specific assignments. Maintains a professional appearance. Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington ndash; Jefferson Healthrsquo;s auto insurance policy in order to operate an Abington ndash; Jefferson Health owned vehicle. Any and all major violations incurred must be immediately reported to the manager, department head, or Human Resources department. Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
