• Bachelorrsquo;s Degree Required
• Ability to maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with university staff, faculty, and students
• Dependability, punctuality, honesty, and integrity
• Ability to work with diverse constituencies
• Proven organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service experience
• Experience with office management and budgeting
• Campus reservations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Student Engagement.
• Hire, train and supervise student employees in the OSE suite.
• Manage payroll of student employees.
• Manage the campus-wide room reservations system.
• Coordinate and manage departmental office logistics as it relates to suite services.
• Provide day-to-day customer service support for office users.
• Participate in departmental initiatives such as New Student Orientation and Family Day.
