GENERAL FUNCTION

Serve as a Sr. Configuration Analyst on the Business Configuration Solutions team. Responsible for the enablement of product strategies by designing, implementing, and executing Configuration Prototypes. Lead projects for the Configuration space to enable system and process solutions for the Business Configuration tool sets. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Business Configuration team interfacing with EyeMed's cross functional teams implementing solutions for client requirements.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Serve as a subject matter expert representing the Configuration workstream for projects that enhance EyeMed's capabilities within Facets for Product, Agreement, and Network offerings.
  • Lead Business process and system enhancements for EyeMed's Business Configuration toolsets. (Accumulator, GRID, PAT, PMT, PNAM etc.)
  • Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.
  • Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration.
  • Provide Research, Analysis and Configuration subject matter expert support to the Business Configuration Production team.
  • Provide coaching, training, and identify development opportunities for the Production team members as it relates to Configuration processes.
  • Self-manage and prioritize work to achieve designated service level agreements. Meet key performance indicators of the Business Configuration Optimization team for Projects and Prototype deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Configuration leaders on the Configuration roadmap deliverables that enable automation of EyeMed's product and network offerings.
  • Provide Fit/Gap Analysis and Feedback Assessments on new client plans as Configuration is leveraged to bring on new business.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners at all levels of EyeMed leadership.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5+ years' experience in health plan
  • SQL and Database experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5+ years' experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
  • Experience in Facets NetworX and Utilization Management Modules
  • Experience as a lead in cross functional projects.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
