The Eyecare Coordinator primarily supports the Retail Licensed Brands Eyecare team with all aspects of Eyecare Administration and Optometrist recruiting and affiliation needs. This includes job lease and licensing credential management activities, postings, sourcing within industry and social networks, growing our CRM and providing support for the team in efforts designed to enhance our Licensed Recruiting efforts. This role represents the Retail Licensing Brand Eyecare team by providing an outstanding internal and external Optometrist support and building relationships within our greater Eyecare industry and team.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Supports the Licensed Recruiting Team, as necessary, (i.e. posting jobs, specialized sourcing, competitor research, updating databases, growing CRM).
  • Seeks out and recommends process improvements; implements new procedures as appropriate.
  • Manage lease renewals and submit necessary documents.
  • Handle EyeMed, Medicare, and managed care administration/paperwork
  • Accountable for delivering against Licensed Recruiting KPI's.
  • Participates in special projects for Essilor Luxottica Optometrist and Optician affiliation
  • Prepare presentation material and resources for the Eyecare team
  • Post jobs on school and industry specific websites
  • Assist with sourcing candidates for specialized needs using databases and multiple resources
  • Stay up-to-date with current competitor data
  • Manage third party applicant Tracking System reporting and metrics - when applicable
  • Partner with our events team as needed


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in Retail, Recruiting or supporting a Recruiting function
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational/time management skills
  • Analytical/research skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, build credibility, and create partnerships at all levels internally and externally
  • Familiarity with automated applicant tracking tools, CRM and Boolean searches
  • Strength in the use of digital tools including; Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Human resource / recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to be flexible and juggle multiple moving parts
  • Experience with Success Factors, Smashfly
  • Experience or strong interest in Eyeacare

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
