Job Summary

The Wolfe University Center is currently seeking a Temporary Reservations Assistant to join their team of professionals. Duties include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for the Wolfe University Center department.
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the office.
  • Responsible for answering phone calls on a multi-line phone. Supports event organizers (student organizations, departments, general public) in selecting a venue and schedules activity in the Event Management System (EMS) software.
  • Facilitates the production of assigned events, designs space layouts, and coordinates with other service providers to ensure a one-stop shop experience.
  • Conducts tours of the facilities for clients, staff, and students.
  • Assist with general office tasks, acceptance of deliveries, distributing mail, placing supply orders.
  • Assist in planning and producing departmental events and represent the Division in University events such as Commencement and others.
  • Assist Event Planning area manager in overseeing the operation when needed
  • Assist with Graham Center events as needed
  • Performs related duties as required or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties logically related to the position.

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

  • Begin time: 9:00 AM
  • End time: 6:00 PM

$15.00/hour
