Develops and directs programs, including assessments and student development for the MMC and BBC communities. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations as it relates to campus recreation and mentoring full-time professional staff. The Associate Director is a member of the department's senior leadership team and works collaboratively with the Senior Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in a management role of related field; OR Master's degree and four (4) years of experience in a management role of related field. CPR/Standard First Aid Certification or must obtain certification within 45 days of employment. Desired Qualifications
