Leads the daily activities of maintenance technicians in assigned areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. Monitors maintenance activities in assigned area(s) to ensure proper maintenance is of facilities and grounds, the completion of work schedules and supervisory instructions; reporting problems as necessary. 1. Capable of climbing the height of all Maintenance Department ladders not to exceed 40 ft. in height. Also making essential repairs and clean vents, lights and windows for an extended shift. Able to tolerate working with all types of cleaning solutions and Maintenance Department chemicals. Capable of working in heavy dust areas for extended shifts.
