High Precision Polisher for Injection Molds

Core Responsibilities:

• Improve metal surface finish on core and cavity inserts using specialized polishing equipment
  to draw polish up to high gloss mirror finish
• Polishing of the steel surface from dull starting position to required finish, while taking into account the dimensional tolerances and geometry.
• Ensure part's accurate measurements as well as quality inspection
• Carrying out measurements as well as quality inspection
• Compliance with all company guidelines (especially QM documentation), duties and responsibilities assigned

Skills:

• Professional and sensitive handling of materials and tools
• Very strong quality awareness
• High dexterity is essential
• Team oriented, ability to cooperate and work well under pressure
• Independent and self-reliant

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Precision parts polishing experience preferred
