Candidate must be located in the Carolinas REQUIRED: ARRT:R.T(R) CERTIFICATION The Area Operations Manager must be able to use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in dealing with staff or customers. Have a natural ability to motivate staff toward desired goals. Friendly attitude and be an excellent face to face empathic communicator. Display the following supervisory skills: leadership, delegation, time management, problem-solving skills, sound decision making. Follow through on assignments and appreciate the need for consistency. Have basic computer skills such as ability to access database to basic level, internet and email. Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality. A natural planner who critically assesses his/her own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in an environment with health professionals. Candidate must be responsible, accountable, well presented and businesslike. Easily adapts to fast pace environments.
