Supervises all functions of a specific department to produce high quality products in compliance with schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervises the assigned unit through effective selection, training and evaluation of members and through effective delegation and follow-up of tasks.

  • Schedules and assigns work within the department to regulate work flow and meet required schedules.

  • Provides technical assistance and supervision throughout the department.

  • Identifies problems in equipment, quality, safety and/or employee relations.

  • Orders necessary supplies to perform jobs within the department.

  • Ensures proper maintenance of unit equipment and tools.

  • Performs and/or assists in special projects as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two year Associate Degree or equivalent skills and/or experience in Electromechanical and/or HVAC field preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills required as well as the ability to deal effectively with people.

  • Considerable experience in electronic manufacturing environment.

  • Working knowledge of electronic assembly procedures.

  • Five plus years experience in a manufacturing production environment working in the Maintenance field preferred.

Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Knowledge: Strong Electromechanical and HVAC knowledge is a must, basic knowledge in rigging / moving heavy equipment safely and effectively. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawing a must. Strong background in electrical, mechanics, and pneumatics is needed. Knowledge in welding all metals and plastics is a bonus.

  • Skill in: Multitasking effectively and accurate under pressure. Strong leadership skills required.

  • Ability to: Supervises the execution of all maintenance of high volume equipment within the Assembly Operations. Determines what issues can be resolved immediately or require escalation. Reports to Facilities Manager.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
