JOB SUMMARY
The Cornerstone & edays Administrator will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Company's HR Information System (Cornerstone) and its absence tracking tool for salaried employees (edays), maintaining the data integrity therein and otherwise working closely with the Cornerstone and edays Manager regarding the management and optimization of both systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1) Assist with implementation of system design, testing of system changes, and end-user change management 2) periodically support stakeholders and users on day-to-day administration 3) Assist with the development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation, train new users on new processes/functionality 4) Support business requests, special projects, and analysis for HR and internal users 5) Serve as a secondary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Cornerstone and edays to research and resolve issues or process flaws 6) Will work closely with the HR team to enhance the functionality and usage of our HR systems 7) Ensures data integrity, generating reports, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities 8) Assist with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues with Cornerstone, edays and ADP 9) Manage all aspects of new hire data entry into both system 10) Process invoices 11) Performs other duties as assigned 12) Complies with all policies and standards QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Perferably1-3 years of experience in HRIS administration or related field Technical Skills: Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Cornerstone, edays, Workday, ICIMS ADP, and/or similar systems) Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Communication Skills: written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others and independently EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent 1 - 3 years experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS Stationary Position - frequently Move/Traverse - occasionally Stationary Position/Seated - frequently Transport/Lifting - NA Transport/Carrying - NA Exerting Force/Pushing- NA Exerting Force/Pulling - NA Ascend/Descend - occasionally Balancing - NA Position Self/Stooping - NA Position Self/Kneeling -NA Position Self/Crouching - NA Position Self/Crawling - NA Reaching -NA Handling -NA Grasping - NA Feeling -NA Communicate/Talking - constantly Communicate/Hearing -constantly Repetitive Motions - frequently Coordination - occasionally TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS N/A Matheson is an Equal Opportunity Employer that complies with the laws and regulations set forth under the EEOC.
