Location: Remote (Open to Candidates Residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, VA) Position Details: The Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and assisting with all activities pertaining to Labor Relations issues to include contract negotiations, grievance hearings, labor management meetings, and the consistent administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements. The Labor Relations Specialist will assist in the development of labor policy, and on-going labor strategy, as well as participate in labor-management committee meetings, grievance, and arbitration hearings.
