We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team at our program in Flint, Michigan. If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you! We provide PAID clearances, training and have opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure. Earn $17.50 to $20.00 based on experience and education. Monday-Friday 3:00pm-7:30pm POSITION DETAILS * At Merakey, you can make a change in the life of a child. Using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings. * Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation. * You will get to have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment. * Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Required: * Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required. * Availability to work during hours of 3:30pm - 7:30 pm Monday - Friday. Preferred: * 3-6 months experience in the division of behavioral health services. * Current Registered Behavior Technician certification OR ability to complete 40 hours of competency-based training within 1-2 weeks of employment. * Associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
