POSITION OVERVIEW Responsibilities include: * Paint, stain & varnish using brushes/rollers * Cleaning, sanding, sandblasts, scraping, brushing to prepare for painting. * Repairs surfaces to be painted including plastering & Sheetrock finishing. * Erects Scaffolding, movable & immovable staging & various rigging to gain access to difficult areas; May have to move furniture & equipment as necessary. * Mixing & matching Paint. * Requisitions materials & supplies from Stockroom. * Waterproofing. * Sets Glass & Applies Putty. * Occasionally may hang wallpaper.
