Position Details This role conducts individual and family therapy sessions, parent coaching, and crisis intervention for each family assigned to his/her caseload using an evidenced based practice, MST CAN. Multi-systemic Therapy Child Abuse and Neglect (MST CAN) designed to intervene with children and their family with a recent credible report of child abuse or neglect to improve maladaptive coping skills and reduce the risk of out of home placement. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's Degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services. * 2 years' experience in a CASSP system program * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of children and families on caseload. * Ability to Travel to client's homes for the purpose of providing community and home-based services, direct observation or supervision for children, adolescents, and families. * A valid Pennsylvania Driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a requirement.
