Location: Remote (Open to Candidates Residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, VA) Salary is $62,000 annually Position Overview The position will be responsible for providing financial support, financial planning, and forecasting analysis. Work closely with program managers to interpret the company's financial results, prepare annual budgets and provide financial support. * Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare reports to meet internal/external reporting requirements. * Oversight of the monthly financial activities for selected programs. Review and approve all expenditures requests. * Review monthly income statement, prepare journal entries and provide explanations for material budget variances. * Financial planning and forecasting analysis as requested. To include program viability assessments as requested. * Assist in preparation of annual cost reports, audit supplemental schedules and program specific reports as requested. * Works closely with program managers to interpret the company's financial results, prepare annual budgets and provide financial support to ensure sound business decisions * Participate in the monthly financial close meetings with Senior Management. * Prepare annual internal and external budgets. * Responsible for contract reviews and agreement renewals with government agencies and external funders.
