We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team at our program in York, PA area. Position Details Staff Supervision Disseminates clear expectations to staff, ensuring they have the tools they need, monitors performance. Trains and supports staff Documents attendance, verifies weekly timesheets, monitors available leave and schedule adherence, approves and denies leave requests, and tracks FMLA usage All other duties as assigned as it relates to the position Program Operations Manages daily operation of program(s) Maintains group schedules Assists in monitoring authorizations and treatment plans Implements policies/procedures as directed May participate in the marketing, development and expansion of programs (e.g. developing programs and proposals to expand services) May act in the absence of Program Manager. Earn: 49K a year.
