Earn $36.68/hour plus mileage reimbursement Schedule: 1st Shift hours flexible, Monday-Friday with rotating on-call Position Details The full-time registered nurse plays a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) serving Lehigh and Northampton Counties. The dual diagnosis team takes a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach dedicated to providing high-quality care and unwavering support for individuals diagnosed with both a mental illness and an intellectual disability. Duties and Responsibilities: * Collaborate with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan. * Perform physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc. * Support implementation of intensive therapeutic services in varied settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.
