The Mortgage Solutions division provides title insurance settlement services, signing services, portfolio analytics, retention and acquisition services; property valuations; and default solutions for the mortgage banking industry. In fact, Mortgage Solutions works with a multitude of people across the entire origination, servicing and default continuum, and has helped close millions of real estate transactions nationwide. What We DoResponsible for strategically identifying new business opportunities, growing key accounts and share through leveraging national B2B relationships. The leading candidate will have a strong network and depth of experience at maintaining a quality client base with market-leading mortgage servicing and lending organizations. This role brings a strong background within the industry and is adept in navigating lengthy, complex, negotiations from start to finish. Excels at net-new business development and discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers. What You'll Do: Demonstrates effective techniques in selling business process solutions and services. Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions. Applies diplomacy and tact. Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenues opportunities. Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions. Maintains an understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities. Ability to persuade and influence others. Strong negotiation skills. Strong computer skills in: MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and Excel What You'll Bring: Proven capability in growing relationships at the senior executive level and C-Suite with a national client base. 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organizations. Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business and expansion sales. Successful track record of establishing immediate credibility; presenting ideas to create value and challenge the status quo. Able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and key influencers. Achieves and exceeds revenue targets and goals consistent with the company's strategic plans Applies a consultative sales approach, builds relationships that leads to new business, and expands wallet-share with existing client base. Monitor market trends, information and technology, demonstrates a deep understanding our industry and provides superior solutions for our customers. Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients. Is highly visible and recognized in the industry by staying active in associations, industry functions and networks in partnership events. Effectively creates or adapts and delivers presentations tailored to the audience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a valid driver's license. 10+ years of related experience. Must have a proven track record of establishing new business, with a proven sales record at the senior levels in the Mortgage Servicer/Lender industry. Willingness to travel. Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD Annually. This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
