Currently we are seeking a Senior HR Manager for our Van Wert, OH manufacturing facility. This is an impactful role for the organization requiring the ability to truly partner with business leaders supporting and driving tactical and critical initiatives. The Sr. HR Manager will translate business, regional and site strategy into HR strategy, plans and solutions. This role will partner with the site to hire, engage, and develop talent to build the capabilities required for short and long-term success. This position will be based onsite daily to support facility operations. Relocation support for this position is available. Applicants must have experience driving HR activities in the US and have authorization to work in the US without support. Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant area of Business, Human Resources, or similar program is required. Master's degree is preferred.
