Summary: The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to provide contractor support for reviewing and updating national policies and procedures on environmental compliance and Tribal trust asset management. Given the evolving regulations, it is crucial to continuously evaluate and update these policies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the National Environmental Policy Act, Tribal trust asset management regulations, and methodologies for policy development, stakeholder coordination, and implementation. They will assist with data collection, analysis, and documentation, contributing to the success of ongoing and future projects. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:
