How you will make an impact:

We are looking for an influential leader with a strong background in process improvement, data analysis and project management; and a passion for driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Key objectives will focus on optimizing sales technology and organization processes for peak efficiency, maximizing productivity to drive success towards revenue goals, company objectives, efficiencies and cost of sale. As the Senior Manager of Business Process Management, you will building a BPM team from scratch, hiring and leading a team of analysts, introducing the role and functions, and designing, executing and measuring processes that improve business efficiency and drive results.

What you'll do:

  • Establish a Business Process Management framework for our Ad Revenue and Technology Organizations, introducing them to what BPM is and collaborating cross-functionally to create new ways of operating.

  • Build or improve workflows, implement new tools, and drive sales and operational productivity, while ensuring compliance:

    • Assessment and Planning -- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the organization's current process state. Identify challenges, uncover areas of opportunities.

    • Operational Innovation -- Rethink how we do business. Research, evaluate and select business mapping tools & technologies. Present new/creative strategies or integrations to pursue with quantifiable gains.

    • Automation -- Redesign existing workflows around newly established processes; lead process development for upcoming initiatives.

    • Document & Measure -- Benchmark baseline metrics; develop measurement methodologies to calculate savings, ROI, cost reduction and yield for process, system, or resource changes made to operations.

    • Analytics -- Leverage data in making business decisions. Inform how best to scale up new products, demand channels, etc.

  • Manage global team of analysts to drive high performance and an engaged, collaborative employee experience.

  • Build alignment and effectively influence senior-level stakeholders.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 8 years total professional experience with 5+ years. working with sales operations, sales systems, process, and tools + minimum 2 years of Management experience.

  • Experience in workflow automation and development of innovative products for a diverse customer base.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and stakeholders around a shared vision and strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in assessing data and identifying trends to glean predictive insights.

  • Established record of delivering on time, in scope. Proactively makes correct trade-offs between scope & timing.

  • A team player with a strong work ethic, able to build and maintain business and technical relationships, balances autonomy and accountability to get things done.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $108,800 to $145,800 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
