How you'll make an impact: The Senior Media Design Engineer is responsible for detailed broadcast system level design of a wide range of systems within SiriusXM's broadcast environments. This position will work with Network Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design projects that will advance SiriusXM operational systems into the next generation of IT centric broadcast systems, implementing key modernized technology architectures and concepts that will supply the highest level of quality and reliability to subscribers. The Senior Media Design Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and refining design issues and implementing required changes to meet the requirements of assigned projects and support operational excellence as well as contribute to short and long-term strategic planning of broadcast technology. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $93,000 to $147,820 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
