The Ideal Candidate
We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses a strong passion for our mission, along with the following qualities, education, and experience:

  • Experience and Education: A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with at least five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a leadership and/or supervisory role.
  • Dynamic Leadership: Strong and inspiring leader capable of motivating and guiding a team.
  • Community Engagement: Passionate about making a difference in the community and skilled at building relationships to support our mission.
  • Fundraising Ability: Securing major gifts and/or grant writing
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time and Project Management: Excellent time management and project oversight abilities.
  • Commitment to Youth Development: Genuine passion for empowering young people and helping them realize their potential.
  • Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Openness to training and development, especially for candidates who show strong potential and dedication to the mission.
  • Administrative Competence: Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including compliance with contracts and financial management.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with local board members and other stakeholders to drive fundraising and program success.
