Description

The Case Manager Supervisor role is responsible for facilitating the Wraparound process for families served in the program. The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible to oversee wraparound services to ensure integrity and fidelity of the Wraparound Services Model in compliance with all applicable local, State and Federal regulatory requirements governing the Wraparound program.

Essential Job Duties



  • Ensure all Family Youth & Transition services follow corporate and program specific policies and procedures as well as contractual regulations and requirements with the Office of Juvenile Justice,
  • Direct the coordination and implementation of Family Youth & Transition services and the Wraparound program,
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality assurance, Medicaid, AMIkids Personal Growth Model (APGM), Wraparound Fidelity, and any other related standards; maintain accurate records according to contracting agency, Medicaid, state auditing and all other applicable standards of all program youth,
  • Assist the Program Director with hiring and training personnel; research and deliver instructional materials as needed; supervise and evaluate the performance and ongoing development of Case Management Staff,
  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel schedules in order to maintain staff schedules,
  • Ensure service and treatment are delivered from a strength-based framework and customized in order to meet individualized needs of youth and are culturally competent,
  • Maintain information regarding the environment of current services to ensure a flexible, responsive, culturally competent service delivery system,
  • Coordinate and facilitate Family Team Conferences in order to achieve consensus among family and other participants in developing an appropriate plan based on the needs of the families and to ensure compliance with AMIkids procedures values and standards,
  • Foster and maintain ongoing relationships with family members, providers, and identified resources in order to call on others to implement client plans, and to act as a liaison between program and external resources,
  • Meet with families in their home environment or other approved location,
  • Maintain Confidentiality and HIPPA regulations,
  • Operates program vehicles as required in accordance with the transportation policy,
  • Attend required training/professional development events and maintain appropriate certification(s) and license(s),
  • Attend and maintain appropriate crisis intervention and physical restraint training and certification as defined by state and contract requirements,
  • Attend and maintain CPR and First Aid certification by nationally recognized organization,
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education, Training and Experience



  • Bachelors' degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, or related field; Master's preferred,
  • Minimum one-year related experience, working with families and children; Wraparound experience preferred,
  • Supervisor experience preferred,
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience.
