The Analyst Sales Analytics will support and enable the Nestle Sales Organization (NSO) Analytics by leading analytical requests & initiatives within their categories of expertise. They will provide effective reporting & proactively deliver actionable insights to drive the business. The analyst will assist CAMs in the fundamental sales processes that drive category growth and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets. The primary responsibilities include utilizing sophisticated analytic data models to compile analysis, providing recommendations for positive ROI, translating business needs into functional requirements, and ensuring the outputs meet the business needs. The analyst will also identify and communicate business trends, update scorecards, produce ad-hoc reports, and implement a unified source of truth mindset. Category Strategy: Deliver insights that drive business decisions, foster thought leadership, and help develop the story for sustained category growth.
Reporting & Analysis Strategy: Identify, provide, and analyze the tools, reports, and data needed to successfully support the day-to day business needs of NSO
