POSITION SUMMARY:
Electrical Engineering interns will have the opportunity to learn and work within Andersen Corporation's various Engineering functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update machine control systems
- Decreased equipment downtime by implementing improved alarm strategies within the control system
- Creation of SOPs
- Environmental process flow mapping
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Pursuing Electrical Engineering degree
- Experience with application of engineering principles
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD or similar CAD experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with ability to work on multiple projects
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $19.45-$28.45.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
