Description/Purpose: Andersen/Renewal by Andersen interns will experience roles in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to develop a broad understanding of how these customer-facing functions work together to create and meet demand for our products and Services.

Responsibilities:

  • The intern will be assigned a project deliverable that has real value for the business and provides a focused learning experience.
  • Each role will require skills in compiling and analyzing data to make recommendations that result in delivering solid business solutions
  • Example projects include leading marketplace analyses, developing product launch support plans, optimizing customer experience events and making loyalty program recommendations.
  • At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will prepare and deliver a presentation that ties together key insights and accomplishments across the 3 functional rotations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working towards a degree in sales, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Analytical, Web/Computer, Problem Solving and Project Management are preferred skills
  • Authorized to work in the US

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
