Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the Order Management Team at ELDS in Pinetops, NC. You will boost customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high-quality standards in accordance with relevant processes and guidelines. You will coordinate the team to accomplish various activities associated with order management, order tracking, customer communication, and after-sales support. You will implement business process improvement initiatives and develop tools/apps based on business strategy to measure and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met while improving business performance. The work model for the role is: Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: * Managing the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues. * Leading post-sales and customer claims management and ensuring the issues in factories are addressed. * Providing appropriate solutions for customer requests and overseeing the coordination with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests, including order changes, order completion, expediting requests, credit management, tracking and communication aspects, account blocks and suspensions, etc. * Ensuring the documentation related to orders is collected and archived, and assumptions and decisions made during the process are recorded in the systems, within your area of responsibility. Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management PLUS minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Customer Service role OR Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management PLUS minimum 8 years experience in a Customer Service role OR High School /GED PLUS minimum 10 years experience in a Customer Service role in a manufacturing environment
- Verbal and written communication including MS Office, Excel, PPT
- Data analysis and reporting
- Manufacturing and/or factory experience preferred
- SAP a plus
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
