Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.25 per hour. Opportunities for promotion up to $23.04 per hour. Earn more as you learn more with our Pay by Skill Program.
Annual Salary: $37,960 - $47,923
Overtime Available

Your role and responsibilities

Operate heated molding presses to mold and cure products
Inspect each piece for cosmetic flaws; use light to inspect interior of work pieces
Load and unload conveyor with electrically tested parts
Wipe excess residue after wash ensuring the parts are clean, dry, and ready for packaging
Manual material handling
Trim excess flash from product using a scalpel or grinding tool as needed
Remove molded pieces from press upon completion of cycle, remove tooling from work pieces
Meet established standard quality and productivity expectations
Follow job Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) complete
Maintain accurate quality and production records
Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots, and others as applicable
All other duties, as assigned

Qualifications for the role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations and pull/push functions
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours daily
  • Comfortable bending, twisting, reaching
  • Comfortable working with heavy equipment and in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
