Elwyn is seeking a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition IDD Services to play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization attracts and retains top-tier talent and drives the success of Talent Acquisition Consultants. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and lead initiatives to enhance Elwyn's employer brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Plan, direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the work activities of the IDD Talent Acquisition team
  • Mentor, guide, advise, and counsel Talent Acquisition staff and IDD program leaders regarding recruiting and sourcing, policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide oversight to the Talent Acquisition team and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies that align with program goals and Elwyn business initiatives
  • Compile, analyze, and capture insights from Talent Acquisition Consultants, candidates, market data and competitive intelligence to improve sourcing strategy. Present data findings and areas of improvement to program leaders
  • Collaborate with Executive Director, Talent Acquisition to establish standards and protocols to deliver extraordinary recruitment and sourcing services to clients; develop innovative recruitment strategies to create diverse high-quality candidate pools based on current and future IDD program needs
  • Provide continuous feedback as well as performance evaluations to grow and develop staff
  • Collaborate with IDD program leaders on workforce planning initiatives to forecast future hiring needs


QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Minimum five (5) years of full life-cycle recruitment experience. Recruitment experience in human services, healthcare, or education preferred.
  • One (1) year experience in IDD recruitment.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience leading a talent acquisition team. Recruitment supervisory experience in human services, healthcare, or education highly desired.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities
  • Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make sounds decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions
  • Must have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record
