Site Manager

We're searching for a talented individual who can provide site management for an airborne ISR operations program. This program will maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our country's most important missions both at home and abroad. Job Description:

Provide coordination regarding staffing, scheduling and quality assurance for contract personnel in a 24/7 operational environment. Support mentorship/guidance of large workforce supporting real-time operations, specifically regarding SIGINT Airborne ISR.

May need to support shift operations.

The Site Manager shall possess the following capabilities:

• Strong understanding of the SIGINT Airborne ISR mission.
• Ability to support complex shift work scheduling.
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate with client leadership

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience managing operations, mission management, personnel management and employee supervision.
• Five (5) years of experience producing geolocation solutions.
• Must be able to support 365/24/7 operations.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
