Overview Nakupuna Consulting is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in an office environment by way of performing a variety of support tasks for the office including handling confidential information and documents. Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: Organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, solid judgment and decision-making ability, takes initiative and is adaptable. A good working knowledge of the governing systems, programs, policies, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. Understanding of the needs of the organization serviced. Clearance: Must be able to obtain a CAC. Must a U.S. citizen. Education and Experience: This position requires at least two years' experience providing support at a high level. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. A good working knowledge of the governing systems, programs, policies, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. Competencies:

The hourly rate for this position is determined by the location where work is performed. In addition to hourly pay, positions subject to SCA are entitled to a health and welfare (H&W) payment, which may be adjusted based employee selection of company benefits in lieu of H&W. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 (Hourly USD). The good faith hourly range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. |
