Job Summary Responsible for the implementation of pre-employment transition instruction in job exploration counseling, workplace readiness training, self-advocacy, post-secondary opportunities, and work-based learning experiences for high school students with disabilities ages 14-21. Work collaboratively with students, their family members, State Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, school personnel, employers, and business and education representatives to develop and refine relevant employment transition opportunities. Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.

The employee will be visiting a variety of locations in the community and can occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the Employment Soruce work environment is usually quiet. The noise level at locations at community locations could be quiet, moderate, or loud.
