OVERVIEW:

Our Inside Sales Representative will focus on sales growth within an assigned book of business. You will provide exceptional customer service levels and drive incremental sales solutions to existing customers in a B2B environment. This role works in collaboration with assigned outside sales reps aligned with our HVAC/R products and solutions.

DUTIES:



  • Generate sales related to HVAC/R products and solutions.
  • Maintain productive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support customers in quotes, take offs, order entry, coordinating parts, supplies, accessories, and equipment.
  • Work with key suppliers on pricing and product sourcing.
  • Conduct data mining to identify potential product sales through report analysis, customer communications, and direct collaboration with the assigned customers and their dedicated outside sales representatives.
  • Reach out to new and existing customers to uncover opportunities by delivering CE's value proposition.
  • Maintain and develop competitive information including programs, pricing, and services to help grow and improve CE's offerings.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies including regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM to document the sales process.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Additional duties may be assigned at any time.


  • Proven experience in sales and/or business development, specifically in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to call and interact directly with customers.
  • Knowledge of HVAC parts and supplies is highly preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required; College degree is preferred.
  • Proficient using MS Office is required.
  • CRM experience is highly preferred.
  • Sales team must be available to work normal business hours Monday-Friday.
