We have an excellent temp to hire opportunity available with a client here in Eau Claire! This position is CUSTOMER SERVICE / COLLECTIONS, offering full-time hours between Monday-Friday. JOB DUTIES: In this position, you will professionally communicate with consumers by telephone to bring resolution to unpaid accounts. Will also locate debtors via company approved skip-tracking methods. All collection activities will be done in accordance with FDCPA, HIPAA, FCRA, along with state and local collection laws. #EauClaire1 Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Basic computer skills are required along with the ability to work in a multi-tasked environment. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Background check as a qualified candidate will become licensed as a debt collector.
