EHRI Analyst

We are seeking an experienced EHRI (Enterprise Human Resources Integration) Analyst to support the planning and delivery of quarterly goals and milestones aligned with Agency Performance Goals (APGs). In this role, you will coordinate across various workstreams, resolve dependencies, and maintain roadmap materials to facilitate high-level planning activities. You will also support the preparation and delivery of presentations, contributing to the success of our data product development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Goal Planning & Delivery: Support the planning and achievement of quarterly goals and milestones, ensuring alignment with APGs.

  • Workstream Coordination: Collaborate across multiple workstreams to resolve dependencies, streamline processes, and ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Roadmap Maintenance: Maintain and update roadmap materials, ensuring they reflect the latest project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • High-Level Planning: Facilitate high-level planning activities, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.

  • Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, ensuring that all materials are clear, concise, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Cloud-Based Software Testing: Leverage your experience in cloud-based software testing and test automation to support the development and deployment of data products.

  • Data Pipeline Management: Develop, deploy, and manage data pipelines in cloud environments, utilizing Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers to gather data product requirements and prioritize work for technical teams.

  • Human-Centered Design (HCD): Apply HCD approaches, such as ideation sessions and user research, to understand user needs and behavior, ensuring that solutions are user-centric.

  • EHRI Data Management: Support EHRI Data Management, focusing on file processing edits, automated testing, and designing solutions for Unique Person processing.

  • System Security Plans: Assist in the creation and maintenance of System Security Plans, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in cloud-based software testing, test automation, and data product development.

  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Experience developing, deploying, and managing data pipelines in cloud environments.

    • Proficiency in using Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory) for data product development.

    • Experience with EHRI Data Management, including file processing edits, automated testing, and designing solutions for Unique Person processing.

    • Knowledge of System Security Plans and experience in their creation and maintenance.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve dependencies and streamline processes across workstreams.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gathering data product requirements from customers and prioritizing tasks for technical teams.

  • Familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) approaches to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
