What You'll Bring:

  • 1 - 3 years of Content Writing experience with a knowledgebase
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Ability to prioritize your day including time management and flexibility with tasks.
  • Ability to self-motivate and take onus of job responsibilities.
  • Exposure to HTML and JavaScript skills.

We'd Love to See

  • Ability to design and develop easily consumable knowledge articles which incorporates compliance with company policies and federal/state laws
  • Experience integrating content/knowledge articles and search criteria based on trends to allow for efficient use of the knowledge base by all agents
  • Recommend changes to the knowledge base, such as contextual help links, infographics, videos or any other means of improvement to assist with efficiency and searchability of the information
  • Ability to identify potential roadblocks and provide alternate solutions

Impact You'll Make:

  • In the first 90 days, you'll be able to develop, edit and publish content within company brand guidelines and ensure messaging aligns with all company channels such as products and online support.
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions, while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proactively assess internal documentation processes and looks for ways to increase and support new content efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Work with process owners to analyze the effectiveness of process documentation and implements changes as needed.
  • Participate in consumer operations projects as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
