The Program Manager is an 18-month grant funded position that will service one of the VCU Health System areas including: Upper Middle Peninsula/ Northern Neck Virginia and Southside Virginia with additional support including Central Virginia. The program managers will meet with Virginia community colleges and affiliated workforce development divisions, high schools and technical center partners to design workforce development operation plans.

Employment Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited program Preferred Education: Advanced Degree MBA or MHA Licensure/Certification Required:N/A Licensure/Certification Preferred:N/A Minimum Qualifications Years and Type of Required Experience 5 years of experience of project management, strategy and/ or workforce development Experience with stakeholder management. Demonstrated competency and operations experience in planning, developing, and or managing talent in support of career programs. Demonstrated experience in developing relationships with educational institutions, community organizations and organization leaders.
