We are seeking an Engagement Support Staff to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA 19122. Position Details The Engagement Support Staff will be responsible for providing person-centered customer service by answering phones and interacting with program members, staff, clinicians and visitors in a timely and pleasant manner. Other duties include managing check-ins for Persons in Recovery (PIR) presenting to program and ensuring they are not scheduled for services and do not have any active clinical holds before removing check-in. escort PIRs and all guests around the facility as needed, and promote a cooperative and supportive environment.
