What we expect
We are seeking a technician to join our specialized team responsible for qualifying and establishing new products and/or processes in production that are used for LED applications. This position will be in the Exeter, NH location, which is the center of excellence for ceramic, glass and composite components within ams-OSRAM. Those who join this operation will be involved with state-of-the-art materials and processes. The successful candidate will join a skilled and motivated team in advancing current capabilities, introducing new processes, and implementing new technologies in production. There will be extensive interaction between research and development, engineering, plant management, and production employees on the shop floor for the industrialization and qualification of new products and new processes, and for ongoing improvement of the new manufacturing processes and their efficiency.
