We are seeking an experienced Health Unit Coordinator to serve seniors with compassionate, quality care at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Location Information Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in one of our four Twin Cities communities: Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Woodbury and our newest site in Corcoran opening soon. Responsibilities Performs a variety of essential functions and supportive duties throughout the facility such as: coordination of staff duties, responsible for organization of information flow by maintaining and enhancing communication, maintaining medical records, creates and manages the Nursing department staffing schedule. Provides administrative support to the Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Coordinators. Education: High School diploma. Successful completion of Health Unit Coordinator course and/or Records Technician program preferred, or related education. Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum two years' experience in health field required. Health Unit Coordinator, Health Information, and/or LTC staffing experience required. (required)
