Distribution Development Representative

Responsibilities:



  • Meet or exceed goals (revenue, design activity, etc).
  • Work with sales team to establish each Distribution Territory Strategy in the East across 27 branches.
  • Maintain accountability with internal and external customers/distributors on commitments/goals.
  • Hold quarterly business reviews with each branch (manage/organize the data for the quarterly review and build presentations).
  • Build relationships with distribution partners and customers.
  • Provide territory market updates to distribution account managers quarterly.
  • Develop new customer engagements.

Requirements:



  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is desired.
  • Ideal candidate will have previous sales experience; not required but preferred
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present and moderate materials to diverse audiences
  • Excellent proactive problem-solving experience with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (specifically excel and PowerPoint)
  • Requires up to 50% travel
