YAGEO Nexensos is currently seeking a Regional Product Management Head in our Simpsonville, SC location. This role will develop regional growth plans and drive business for the Americas region.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop regional growth plans and drive business
  • Understanding market and applications trends and create regional strategies as input for global strategies
  • Communication with SBG and other sales channels also using fairs, social media or other media and tools
  • Manage Key Accounts including contracts and technical support with SBG support
  • Define and manage the regional sales channels, support distributors
  • Supervise and adjust pricing, escalation for necessary exceptions, ensure market/competition view
  • Drive and check Opportunity generation by SBG teams through education and regular exchange


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor degree in Business or technical studies in relevant fields
  • >3 years experience in running sales or marketing teams
  • Experience in sensor or sensor application fields
  • Knowledge of relevant industries, including industrial and automotive markets
  • Experience in managing channels and indirect teams
  • Fluent in English Language, local languages and German would be advantageous
